Welcome to my review tour stop for
MONDAY by E.L. Todd!! :)

This is the first book in the Timeless series and it's on sale for just .99¢ for a limited time!

I don’t believe in destiny.

In fate.

Or in soul mates.

But I believe in Hawke.

My life has never been whole since my parents left forever. I have my brother, someone I can barely tolerate most of the time, and I have my best friend, Marie.

And I have myself.

But when Hawke walks into my life, there’s an immediate connection. Our eyes lock and an unspoken conversation is exchanged. For the first time in my life, I actually feel something.

But he doesn’t.

He keeps me at arm’s length and pretends there’s nothing between us when there clearly is. I’m not the kind of girl to wait around for any guy, so I don’t.

But that doesn’t mean he isn’t in the back of my mind.

Our paths cross again in a way neither one of us expect and it changes everything. Was it destiny that made it happen? Was it fate?

Or was it something else?

REVIEW

** I received an ARC in exchange of an honest review **

OMG!

Monday is the first book in the Timeless series written by E.L. Todd. Also, it happens to be the first book I've read by her and it definitely let me wanting more. Actually, now that I have my thoughts clear I'll start the second book pronto.

So, Monday is a book that let me really disconcerted and frustrated, why? It has a really big cliffhanger –you've already been advised-, and the true was that it also let me looking forward so bad for the second book that I didn't know what to do a few days ago when I finished it. This book is/was… so deep-emotional, and I thought it was short for them, but their story continues in Tuesday –yep, we have a week series here. While I was reading it, I was so caught by surprised by all the emotions it made me feel, sometimes I just wanted to finish it as soon as possible so I could relax myself from all that depth, but then I just didn’t.

Anyway, Francesca and Hawke have that connection that I’ll always envy in a good way, but that also I don’t know if I truly want, because it’s so full of deep-skin emotions that knowing me I’d never have power over it. So I just love it in a book. However, when one of them wants forever and the other only a night, things doesn’t end well for either of them. Since the very beginning –when they meet, we –they included- can see the attraction, that instant chemistry that burns from the inside out in a so much good way, but… they’re so different… that it becomes hard to explain. Francesca is a strong, independent, and wildly woman that for sure knows what she wants with her life, even if there’s a man who can’t get out of her mind. And, Hawke is a man who certainly doesn’t have any problem getting what he wants, yep, I’m talking about women, he doesn’t deny that, and at first I really thought he was proud of himself or something like that, BUT, all has a perfect explanation, and then when you realized the why behind his persona, it all makes sense, but I still wanted to put some sense into him, because OMG I was like what’s wrong with him? Just give it a try once… or twice. It was really difficult to go through this book.

Overall, E.L. has made a fantastic amazing and emotional book, that sure as h*** you should give it a try. Her writing was incredible, the way she describes and writes the characters and all what they’re going through is simply marvelous. From cover to cover it absorbed me; it also was an amazing non-stop reading that worth all the time. And by the way, book two and three - Hawke and Frankie’s story- are already available. So now, I’m looking desperately for their HEA. I highly and completely recommend this book for each and every one of you who likes and enjoys book like this one.

Book: +5 fabulous stars
