Series: Rock-Hard Beautiful, #1
Publication Date: March 21st, 2017
Genres: New Adult, Romance

“Can one of these five rockstars fill the hole in my heart? Or will I stay broken forever?”

Young, dumb, and broke.

That’s what started everything. With five dollars in her pocket, and everything she owns stuffed in the back of her car, Lilith Goode’s life is over. Done. Destroyed.

Ten words. One text. That’s what it took to change the whole world.

A crumpled concert ticket. A chance encounter. That’s what it takes to start all over again.

Five rockstars. One girl. Six dark hearts, six withered souls.
But can one broken person really put another back together again?

#MyThoughts

This book is definitely something else. First, it is necessarily to clarify that it may not for everyone's taste so if you do not like rockstars-books with a lot of very explicit sex scenes then... yeah it may not be for you. Because being realistic, there is nothing bad with a couple of sex scenes but as I said this book is completely indescribable and it has a lot of explicit scenes where like six people are involved so... anyway, you could always give it a try and see if you like it because you may be surprised.

GROUPIE is full of emotions, it was a long time since I did not read a book where a lot of different personalities were involved and where they all were important for the book's development. Leaving aside -for now- the explicit scenes. Lilith is a character for whom life has not been pretty good in any sense, and she is kind of always sad which sometimes was not very good for me, yet when life seems to have changed for her, it is when everything goes up -I do not mean everything is rosy or whatever- but she has another perspective of what she wants to do with her life.

There are five other personalities which were unique. During this book we can see a lot of them which is fantastic because you get to understand why they are like this and why they act like they do. Their "friendship" with Lilith is... hard to describe. It is like they all have a similar connection with her, but then you realize they are not even alike.

And then we have the explicit scenes, I read them all and at the end they are nothing from the other world -not that I decided to read it because of them, but let's be honest I never expected she was going to be with the five guys at the same time because her personality did not give me that impression at first. Plus, I did not have the warning about she being with them all. Anyway, you are able to see that they all care about her, and that a couple of them may feel something else for her which sadly we are not able to see how it ends until of course next book -I hope.

Overall, it was a good reading, I really enjoyed even if it was a little hard to get along with it at first. As you can see there is more than just sex and these characters are able to show you that. I highly recommend it if you want to try a emotional book. And what more can I say? I am still a little affected by it, and I am, of course, looking forward to the next book.

C.M. Stunich is a self-admitted bibliophile with a love for exotic teas and a whole host of characters who live full time inside the strange, swirling vortex of her thoughts. Some folks might call this crazy, but Caitlin Morgan doesn’t mind – especially considering she has to write biographies in the third person. Oh, and half the host of characters in her head are searing hot bad boys with dirty mouths and skillful hands (among other things). If being crazy means hanging out with them everyday, C.M. has decided to have herself committed.

She hates tapioca pudding, loves to binge on cheesy horror movies, and is a slave to many cats. When she’s not vacuuming fur off of her couch, C.M. can be found with her nose buried in a book or her eyes glued to a computer screen. She’s the author of over thirty novels – romance, new adult, fantasy, and young adult included. Please, come and join her inside her crazy. There’s a heck of a lot to do there.

Oh, and Caitlin loves to chat (incessantly), so feel free to e-mail her, send her a Facebook message, or put up smoke signals. She’s already looking forward to it.

Great review, I felt really connected to Lilith and just felt like everything between them all was completely normal, I think that takes something really special in the writing to do that with this genre.
